Get Ready for the 2025 MEP Innovation Conference in Los Angeles!
The 2025 MEP Innovation Conference is set to take place January 27-30, 2025, at the iconic InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. This event, a collaboration between the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), and the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA), promises to be a hub of innovation for professionals in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, service, and sheet metal industries.
Attendees will experience a rich lineup of educational sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive roundtables, all designed to highlight the latest technologies that are reshaping the MEP landscape.
A standout session this year is the breakout titled “Building the Digital Foreperson”, featuring a panel of industry thought leaders, including Steve Rose, Director of Technical Innovation and Facilities at the Electrical Training Institute (ETI). With over 43 years of experience in the electrical industry and a reputation for driving innovation, Steve will share his expertise on how digital tools and processes are transforming field operations. His insights will focus on how forepersons can leverage technology to enhance efficiency, improve communication, and lead more effectively on the job site.
As part of the conference activities, ETI will host a task force meeting at its campus, offering attendees the chance to tour the institute's state-of-the-art facilities. The visit will highlight ETI’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology into its training programs, preparing the next generation of skilled professionals to excel in a rapidly evolving industry.
The Electrical Training Institute is proud to participate in this important event and to play a role in advancing innovation within the MEP trades.
