This year’s Professional Development Day at ETI was a remarkable event, with a strong turnout of our dedicated instructors and staff. The enthusiasm in the room was palpable as attendees gathered to sharpen their skills and learn new approaches to enhance the World Class experience we provide for our members. From the very start, the energy and engagement of everyone present set the tone for a day of meaningful learning and connection.

A special thank you goes to Greg Greiner and Cindy Sanderfur from the electrical training ALLIANCE, along with Judith Nussbaum from the Employee Assistance Program, who facilitated the event’s training sessions. Greg’s session on computer-mediated learning left attendees inspired and eager for more, with many expressing a wish for extended time to dive deeper into his insights. Cindy brought her signature humor and relatability to her communication techniques workshop, keeping everyone engaged while delivering practical takeaways. Judith’s session on mental health awareness resonated deeply, equipping attendees with tools to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace.
