Requests for Proposals: Third-Party Program Administrator (TPA)

The Los Angeles Electrical Training Institute (LAETI) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to serve as the Third-Party Program Administrator (TPA) for the South Coast AQMD INVEST CLEAN Workforce Development and Training Program. The selected TPA will provide expertise in program administration, federal compliance, procurement support, reporting, documentation, and reimbursement processes to help ensure successful program implementation through September 2029.
