We are proud to announce the graduation of 20 veterans who successfully completed the Veterans Electrical Entry Program (VEEP). These dedicated individuals—representing the Navy, Army, Marines, and Air Force—are now ready to embark on an exciting new journey in the electrical industry.
The VEEP program provides veterans with the skills, training, and support they need to transition into rewarding careers as electricians. It’s more than just a program; it’s a pathway to stability, growth, and a future filled with opportunity.
A Ceremony Filled With Pride and Inspiration
Our recent graduation ceremony was a powerful and emotional event. Family and friends gathered in person to celebrate their loved ones, while others joined virtually through a livestream, allowing supporters from across the country to cheer on these remarkable graduates.
The event was hosted by Mike Kufchak, Veteran Director for IBEW Local 11, and featured inspiring remarks from:
-
Eric Cartié, NECA Chapter Manager
-
Robert Corona, IBEW Local 11 Business Manager
-
David Nott, ETI Training Director
Each speaker shared heartfelt words about the strength, resilience, and commitment these veterans bring to the trade—and the bright future ahead of them.
Building Stronger Communities
Programs like VEEP strengthen our communities by providing veterans with meaningful careers and helping the electrical industry grow with skilled, dedicated workers. These graduates have proven they have what it takes to succeed, and we are honored to support them every step of the way.
As they move forward into this new chapter, we celebrate not only their achievements but also their ongoing contributions to our communities and the electrical trade.
Congratulations to Cohort 11! Your hard work and dedication inspire us all.
