If you've been to a job fair around LA County recently, chances are you've seen Miguel Sanchez's big smile, ETI gear on, and ready to talk to just about anyone about the incredible opportunity our apprenticeship offers.
Miguel’s been out there doing the work, meeting folks where they are and making sure they know that a career in the electrical trade isn’t just possible—it’s doable. He has been visiting places like Long Beach City College, the Boys and Girls Club, the LAPD’s Hollenbeck PAL Youth Group, and participating in MC3 programs to help future applicants understand what it takes to get started with ETI.
Some of the people he meets are high school students. Others are looking to change careers or start fresh. No matter the background, Miguel treats everyone with patience and respect, giving them the info and the confidence they need to take that next step.
Outreach That Matters
This kind of outreach isn’t just about filling seats. It’s about opening doors. Miguel is helping people see a future they may not have known existed—one with stability, good pay, and long-term growth. And he’s doing it with heart.
He continues to attend job fairs all over LA County, spreading the word about what ETI has to offer and how folks can be part of something bigger. His work is a big part of why our outreach continues to grow stronger.
